Cancellation and refund terms are determined by the specific booking agreement confirmed at the time of reservation. Guests are responsible for reviewing these terms carefully before completing a booking.

In general, cancellations made within the applicable cancellation window may be eligible for a refund, either in full or in part, depending on the agreed conditions. Cancellations made outside this period, as well as no-shows or early departures, may result in charges equivalent to part or all of the reservation amount.

Refunds, when approved, are processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to complete, depending on banking and payment providers.

Requests for cancellations, changes, or exceptional circumstances should be communicated as early as possible to allow for proper handling.
