House rules

House rules are established to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, as well as to respect neighbouring properties and local regulations.

The maximum occupancy of Borgo Montepetrino is strictly limited to twelve (12) guests. Additional visitors or overnight guests are not permitted without prior written approval. The property is intended for private accommodation only and may not be used for parties, events, gatherings, or commercial activities.

Guests are required to observe quiet hours at all times, particularly during the evening and nighttime. Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behaviour is not permitted. Any disturbance reported by neighbours may result in immediate action.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking may be permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning or restoration charges. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance.

Guests are responsible for the proper use and care of the property and its contents. Any damage, loss, or breakage must be reported promptly. Costs related to damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning may be charged to the guest.

Failure to comply with these house rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund and may lead to additional charges.
